When I got to the shop I was so flustered and scared and immediately the woman at the front desk spoke with my mom and calmed me down and made me feel better. I was driving from Texas to Pennsylvania and my car happened to break down in Tennessee. They were SUPER friendly with my dogs, helped me walk them and invited them in to stay in the shop and let me stick by them in the back. Everything was quick and easy. I loved their compassion and how understanding they were about me being in a completely different state. Definitely recommend. If I’m ever in Jackson Tennessee again I’d definitely go there to get my car looked at.
